Evaluation and strength of the Aiken deck

We are proud to introduce the "Red Dog" deck, the latest addition to the Blue-Black line of the OPTCG. This deck is inspired by the infamous Red-Haired Shanks, one of the most feared and respected pirate captains in the world of One Piece. Stage: Navy HQ ST06-017 [Upon Arrival] The most one of the opponent's character cards, the cost is -1 in this turn. [Main Activation] You can flip this stage card sideways: If your leader card has the 'Navy' feature, the most one of the opponent's character cards, the cost is -1 in this turn. Tsuru OP02-106 [Upon Arrival] The most one of the opponent's character cards, the cost is -2 in this turn. Mansherry OP05-088 [Main Activation] ① Flip this character card sideways. Put the bottom 2 cards from your discard pile under your deck in any order: From your discard pile, add the most one black character card with a cost between 3 and 5 to your hand.
