Within the loyalty program at TCG Corner, we have implemented a VIP Tier system, which is set to conclude on December 31, 2025. Following this date, the VIP Tier levels will be reset on January 1 of the new year.

Expiration period

All customer points will reset to zero if no points are earned or redeemed for 12 months months.

Example

Let's say you enabled the feature on November 30, 2022, and set the points to expire for 12 months:

• Points will expire only if a customer hasn't earned or spent points for a continuous period of 12 months.

• Situation A: Customer A earned points on December 4, 2022. → Customer A's points expire on December 4, 2023.

• Situation B: Customer B never earns or redeems points between November 30, 2021. till November 30, 2022. → Customer's points expire on November 30, 2022.

In TCG-Corner’s loyalty program, customers can redeem their points for three types of rewards: discount vouchers, cash vouchers, or products. All three options can only be used for in-stock products and cannot be applied to any pre-order products.

We will provide a replacement product of similar value to the member.
