Make adjustments or cancel the order before it is shipped
If you need to make changes to your order, it's best to contact TCG Corner as soon as possible after placing your order, and try to make adjustments or cancel before the order is shipped.
**Our company does not accept cancellations or refunds for pre-orders. In the event of a cancellation, the full deposit will be deducted.- **
**All damaged items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.**
Typically, there is a window of at least 12 hours after placing an order where you can try to adjust certain items or cancel your order altogether. However, we cannot guarantee. That you will be able to reach support@tcg-corner.com before the order is shipped. If the order has already been packaged or shipped, we apologize, but we will be unable to make any modifications.
To modify your order, you can contact us via email at support@tcg-corner.com or reach out to our online customer service representatives (available during local office hours). Please provide your order number (e.g. #0000) and details of the modifications when contacting the seller to ensure a smooth process. However, if the order has already been packaged or shipped, we will be unable to make any modifications.
You can check the status of your order on the order status page to see if it has been packaged or shipped.

Refund for sealed products delivered
You can request a return ONLY IF ALL of these are true:
- The product remains 100% factory-sealed & in perfect resellable condition
- You contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- We approve the return in writing
Once approved:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- Refund = product price ONLY
→ Original shipping fee is non-refundable
→ Return shipping fee is also non-refundable (even if you ask us to arrange the return label, the cost will be deducted from your refund) - Refund will be processed within 7 business days after we receive & verify the item
If the mistake is OURS (wrong item sent, damaged during shipping, etc.):
- We pay 100% of return shipping with a prepaid trackable label
- Full refund including original shipping fee
IMPORTANT:
- Once a sealed product is opened or tampered with → NO return, NO exceptions
- If shipment is refused or returned to us due to any customs issues (undeclared value, import duties not paid, buyer refuses to clear customs, etc.) → NO refund of shipping fees (both ways) will be given
Apply for a refund for a delivered single
**All damaged items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.**
Due to the volatility of the single card market, we do not accept returns for single cards. However, there are two exceptions to this policy:
- If you are dissatisfied with the condition of the received single card, simply contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. We will either issue a partial refund or request that you return the item for a replacement or a full refund. If there is an issue with the card's condition or if the item was damaged during shipping and we request a return, we are responsible for providing the buyer with a prepaid return method, including an envelope, return address, and postage. Once we receive the returned item (in the same condition as when it was shipped), we will proceed with either replacing the item according to your preference or providing a full refund.
2. All orders are checked for accuracy before shipping, but mistakes can still occur. If you accidentally receive an item that you did not order or if there are missing items from your order, simply contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. We are responsible for providing the buyer with a prepaid method for returning the goods (including an envelope, return address, and postage) or for reshipping any missing items. Once we receive the returned item, and if the item is in the same condition as when it was shipped, we will issue a full refund to you.

Counterfeit Claims
As a player and collector, we understand the importance of receiving genuine cards when purchasing through TCG Corner. We want everyone to enjoy their favorite games without any worries. Rest assured that we always prioritize your protection, and if you receive any counterfeit cards through TCG Corner, we will provide you with a full refund.
If you suspect that you have received counterfeit cards through TCG Corner, please contact our dedicated customer service team to report the issue. Make sure to provide detailed information about the order and the suspicious items. We will send you a prepaid package so that you can return the item to TCG Corner. Our expert team will thoroughly examine the card through various tests to determine if it is indeed a counterfeit. If it is confirmed to be a fake, we will work directly with the seller to resolve the issue.
Please note that the process of receiving and processing the returned item may take some time. We strive to handle cases promptly, but the exact timeframe may vary depending on various factors. We appreciate your patience and understanding throughout the process.
